We are always looking for experienced recruitment and search consultants to join our team.

Our consultants work in small teams. Some have a specialist focus, others a more general reach across the private equity sector.  We build long-lasting relationships and our views are widely sought on market issues or trends.  We have helped many people develop their careers and our consultants are a great sounding board for people who are looking to make their first move into alternative assets or take their next important career step.

We recruit people to join our research team in each of our offices, where they have the opportunity to learn about private equity as well as develop their research and recruitment skills.

This role is intended for an undergraduate student wanting to spend a year in industry. 

Working closely with our researchers and consultants, interns at PER are given a unique insight into the recruitment process and the private equity industry. Many have gone on to develop their careers as recruiters, inspired by the work they’ve done with us and the experience they’ve had.
