Rebecca leads our Munich team and secures Manager to Partner level investment professionals as well as value creation experts for a broad spectrum of private equity funds and their portfolio companies. Additionally she heads up the ESG & Sustainability practice at PER.
Rebecca joined PER in 2013 and leads our Munich Team in Germany. Here she secures senior to partner level investment professionals as well as value creation experts for a broad spectrum of private equity funds and their portfolio companies. Her clientele includes prominent local and international mid-market funds, venture capital and growth funds, family offices and impact funds.
In Rebecca’s additional function as Head of ESG & Sustainability, she works closely with clients to articulate their ESG requirements throughout the fund structure, investment thesis and value creation. This involves identifying the best talent at all seniority levels to drive the funds’ ESG strategy and implementation across their entire portfolio.
Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys travelling and cooking with regular escapes to the tranquillity of the Bavarian lakes and mountains.
