Dean joined PER in 2018 and has since built a strong track record in appointing Corporate Functions professionals across the private markets.
Dean leads PER’s Operations, HR, Legal and Transformation searches, working in partnership with private markets funds on appointments at all levels of seniority.
Prior to beginning his recruitment career in 2015, Dean spent eight years as a member of the Great Britain flat-water kayaking team. His sporting career highlights include winning a bronze medal at the World Championships.
